No
lifeguard is on duty. All
persons using the pool and/or spa do so at their own risk. Woodcrest Hills HOA,
the Board of Directors and its agents assume no responsibility for accidents,
injuries or damage to personal property. Use of the pool and/or spa indicates
acceptance of these conditions.
