- Regulation Tennis shoes (non-marking soles) must be worn at all times.
- The Property Address and Last Name of the Household is required on the sign-up sheet in order to be considered a valid reservation. All entries must be legible.
- Advance sign-up reservations of the tennis court between the hours of 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm are limited to 3 times per week per household property address. Members shall not sign up for more than 1-1/2 hours for singles and 2
hours for doubles during primetime (4 - 8 PM Monday through Friday, all
day Saturday, Sunday and Holidays).
Members failing to show up to play within 10 minutes of the scheduled time, forfeit their scheduled sign-up time.
- Non-scheduled singles and doubles play shall be limited to one (1)hour when non-scheduled players are waiting.
- A Woodcrest Hills Member must accompany Guest.
- No skating, biking, big wheels, skateboards, or soccer on the tennis court.
- No food or beverage (other than water) on the tennis court.
- No smoking on the tennis court.
- No dogs are allowed on the tennis court.
- The tennis court is to be kept clean at all times.
- Rally against the windscreens is not permitted.
- All players waiting to play (and spectators) must remain off the court area.
- Parents bringing non-playing children must keep them supervised at all times.
- Tennis rules have the net at 42" at end and 36" in the middle, if you move it for play, reset it before you leave.
- Tennis court hours are from 7:00 AM until 10:00 PM daily.
- Business functions (i.e., paid tennis lessons) shall not be permitted on the Association's tennis court.
- Propping the tennis court gate open in prohibited.

Pool

- No glass objects are allowed in the pool or spa area.
- If owner elects to rent or lease and gives rights of access to leasee, then owner relinquishes his/her access rights.
- Children under the age of 14 years are not allowed in the pool or spa unless accompanied by an adult.
- No soap/bath oils etc. allowed in pool or spa.
- No diving is permitted.
- No running, pushing, or boisterous play will be permitted.
- Pool hours: Sunday - Thursday 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM Friday - Saturday 7:00 AM - 11:00 PM
- Radio/stereo units will not be permitted without the use of earphones so as not to annoy other persons using the recreation facility or living in surrounding homes.
- Guests must be accompanied by homeowner or tenant. Each resident is permitted to bring two (2) guests.
- No pets (dogs, cats, etc.) allowed in the pool or spa area.
