Tennis court hours are from 7:00 AM until 10:00 PM daily.
- No street shoes are allowed on the court. Regulation Tennis shoes (non-marking soles) must be worn at all times.
- The homeowners last name and address is required on the sign-up sheet in order to be considered a valid reservation. All entries must be legible.
- Advance sign-ups to reserve the tennis court between primetime hours (4:00 pm -8:00 pm Monday through Friday, all
day Saturday, Sunday and Holidays) is limited to 3 times per week per household property address. Members shall not sign up for more than 1-1/2 hours for singles and 2
hours for doubles during primetime (4 - 8 PM Monday through Friday, all
day Saturday, Sunday and Holidays).
Members failing to show up to play within 10 minutes of the scheduled time, forfeit their scheduled sign-up time.
- Non-scheduled singles and doubles play shall be limited to one (1)hour when non-scheduled players are waiting.
- A Woodcrest Hills Member must accompany Guest.
- Propping the tennis court gate open in prohibited.
- No skateboards, rollerblades, bikes, big wheels, skating, scooters or soccer is permitted on the court. No ball playing of any kind other than tennis is permitted. Any violation will be considered an act of vandalism and subject to penalities under the law.
- No food or beverage (other than water) on the tennis court.
- Smoking is not permitted on the tennis court.
- Dogs (and other pets) are not
allowed on the tennis court.
- The tennis court is to be kept clean at all times.
- Rallying against the windscreens is not permitted.
- All players waiting to play (and spectators) must remain off the court area.
- Parents bringing non-playing children must keep them supervised at all times.
- Tennis rules have the net at
42” at the end and 36” in the middle. Moving the net is not permitted.
- No business functions (i.e. private/paid tennis lessons, instructions or
classes) shall be permitted on the Association’s tennis court.

- No glass objects are allowed in the pool or spa area.
- If owner elects to rent or lease and gives rights of access to leasee, then owner relinquishes his/her access rights.
- Children under the age of 14 years are not allowed in the pool or spa unless accompanied by an adult.
- No soap/bath oils etc. allowed in pool or spa.
- No diving is permitted.
- No running, pushing, or boisterous play will be permitted.
- Pool hours: Sunday - Thursday 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM Friday - Saturday 7:00 AM - 11:00 PM
- Radio/stereo units will not be permitted without the use of earphones so as not to annoy other persons using the recreation facility or living in surrounding homes.
- Guests must be accompanied by homeowner or tenant. Each residence is permitted to bring two (2) guests.
- No pets (dogs, cats, etc.) allowed in the pool or spa area.

Board meetings
are held on the third Wednesday of each month at 10:00 am at the Scripps
Ranch Community Center, 11885 Cypress Canyon Rd, right off Scripps
Poway Parkway. The first 15 minutes of each meeting is set aside for
residents who would like to bring any issues to the Board’s attention.

Dec 15 The schedule may change as
needed, so please check back if you plan on bringing something before
the Board. Agendas of the board meetings are posted on the website and
